為維護您的權益，請務必詳閱本訂房作業須知，完成訂房之客人，均視為同意本店相關之規定。
♦房價包含10%服務費。
♦本店接受支付寶及信用卡服務，目前接受卡別有 Master / Visa / JCB / American Express/銀聯卡 /國旅卡 。
♦請提供您的信用卡資訊以取得預訂房費授權，當您至現場辦理入住時，可以選擇以現金或信用卡支付房費，
   若是您於入住日前三天內取消訂房，我們將依本店的取消政策收取取消費用。
♦若無法依您提供的信用卡資訊取得授權，我們將透過Email或其他方式聯繫您更新信用卡資訊，請在24小時內
   提供正確信用卡資訊，若超過24小時未獲處理，我們將取消您的訂房。造成不便敬請見諒。
♦全店皆為背包客房型，共用房間、共用衛浴，床型皆為上下舖形式，預訂方式為一個一個單人床位方式預訂,
   且由櫃檯直接為您安排床位，如有特殊需求請來電洽詢。
♦本店住宿型態為共同生活空間，恕不接待7歲以下兒童。18歲以下之青年、兒童必須由父母或法定監護人陪
   同入住，且為維護住房品質，皆需一人一床位，不接受兩人一床位要求，請留意。

Reservation information and precautions

To protect your rights and interests, please be sure to read the instructions for this booking procedure.
Those who have completed the booking are considered to agree with the relevant provisions of this store.

♦10% service fee is included in the price.

♦We accept Alipay and credit card services. The types of cards we accept are: Master / Visa / JCB /
   American Express / Union Pay card / China Travel Card.

♦Please provide your credit card number so we could pre-auth your credit card. When you check in,
   you may choose to pay the room rate with cash or credit card; however, if you cancel your reservation
   less than 3 days before the arrival date, we will charge you base on our cancellation policy.

♦If we cannot pre-auth your credit card, we will email you or contact you through other ways. Please
   provide the correct information within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation once
   after waiting for 24 hours and we are sorry to cause your inconvenience.

♦All rooms are backpacker room types with shared rooms and shared baths. All beds are bunk beds. We
   only accept booking of individual bed. The bed will be assigned by the counter. In case for special
   needs,please contact us during our open hours.

♦The accommodation of our store is co-living space. We are sorry that children under 7 is not allowed.
   Children and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardian. Also, to maintain
   the quality of lodging, we only provide one bed for one person only. We do not accept the reservation of
   one bed for two. 


入住須知
♦辦理入住時間為每日下午3:00 - 晚上09:00  ，因臨時意外交通延誤以致須於晚上09:01 – 晚上09:30入住，
  須提前通知。未經通知同意，晚上9:00以後恕無法接待入住。
♦所有住客皆須於入住時出示身分證件以便核對住客資料。
♦櫃檯服務時間為上午10:00 -晚上10:00 。如不在此時段內但有緊急狀況時，請聯絡服務人員。
♦退房時間為上午11:00前，上午11:30後退房以時宿@200元方式計價。
♦退房時請自行拆下您的床單、被單與枕套放至指定地點，並至櫃台辦理退房手續。
♦本店提供洗沐備品、小毛巾、盥洗提袋；若須換新毛巾，小毛巾的租借費用為@30元，其餘備品
   可於櫃檯購買。
♦店內提供的生活用品歡迎多加使用，但請勿浪費、破壞；若有鍾愛品項，皆可至櫃檯洽詢。
♦本店住宿型態為共同生活空間，恕不接待7歲以下兒童。18歲以下之青年、兒童須由父母或法定監護人陪同入住，
   且為維護住房品質，皆需一人一床位，不接受兩人一床位要求，請留意。
♦本店範圍內全面禁菸以及禁止攜帶寵物，服役中的導盲犬除外。
♦除公共區域外，房間內照明熄燈時間為晚上10:00-翌日上午8:00，請保持安靜。
♦房間內禁止飲食，用餐請至4樓交誼廳或廚房，並請自行收拾餐點(具)。若發現有飲食汙損房間之情況，將酌收
   清潔費500元。
♦置放於冰箱內的個人食物請做好標記並妥善保管。
♦為維護住客居住安全與隱私，來訪之訪客僅限停留於1樓公共區域，開放時間為上午11:00-晚上09:00。
♦於櫃檯服務的時間內，皆提供行李寄放服務。
♦因寄物空間狹小，故僅提供住宿期間及退房當日免費寄放行李，隔夜行李50元／件／晚。

Check in 
♦Check in from 03:00.P.M to 09:00.P.M.If there are special reasons to be check-in during 09:00.P.M till
   09:30.P.M, please let us know in advance.

♦All guests are required to present their ID upon check in to confirm their guest information.

♦Reception hours are from 10:00.A.M to 10:00.P.M. If there is any emergency during the off hours, please
   contact the service staff.
 

♦Check out before 11:00.A.M. There will be a charge of TWD200 per hour if checking out after 11:30.A.M.

♦When you check out, please take off your own sheets, sheet cover and pillowcases to the designated
    location, and proceed to the counter for check out service.

♦Our store provides washing sets, small towels, bag for toiletries; if you request a new towel,
   the rental of a small one will be TWD30, while the remaining items can be purchased at the reception.

♦Welcome to use our in-store supplies but please do not waste or damage our items; if there is any
    item you love, please check at the the reception.

♦The accommodation of our store is co-living space. We are sorry that children under 7 is not allowed.
   Children and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardian. Also, to maintain
   the quality of lodging, we only provide one bed for one person only. We do not accept the reservation
   of one bed for two.

♦There is no smoking and no pets allowed, except for guide dogs in service.

♦Except for the public area, the light-off time in the room will be 10:00.P.M to 8:00.A.M in the next day.
   Please keep your voice down during the hours.

♦Food is not allowed in the room. Please dine at the 4th floor saloon or kitchen, and clean up your own
   dishes after eating it. If there is any food contamination in the room, there will be a TWD500 cleaning
   fee involved.

♦Personal food placed in the refrigerator should be marked and properly stored.

♦In order to protect the safety and privacy of residents, visitors should only stay in the public area on the
   first floor during the open hour: 11:00.A.M-09:00.P.M.

♦We provide luggage storage services during the reception hours.

♦Because of the limitation of the storage space, we only provide free luggage check during residency and
   the day of check out. We charge a TWD50/per piece/per night for overnight luggage.
 
 
取消及更改訂房須知
♦預定完成後，任何取消或更改都需要於入住日前三天內完成(例如入住日為10月10日， 最後更改取消日為10月7日)，我們將取消信用卡預收授權。
   三日內取消依以下規定:
   入住日期前第三日取消訂房時，無需負擔訂房取消費用。
   入住日期前第一日至第二日取消訂房時，應負擔房價總額之50%為訂房取消費用。
   入住日期當天取消訂房或怠於通知者，應負擔房價總額之100%為訂房取消費用。
♦如在取消期限前取消訂房另可擇期入住，我們將為您保留12個月時間，另請留意此方式則不再退款。
♦預定住宿日若遇旅客居住地和旅館所在地發生不可抗拒因素，如因地震導致交通中斷、或中央氣象局發佈陸上颱風
   警報而欲取消入住，請於住宿當日中午12點前儘速與我們聯絡，更改或取消您的訂房。


 

Cancellation and Room Exchange Policy

♦After reservation, any cancellation and exchange shall be completed within three days before check in.
   (For example, if the check-in date is October 10^th, the last date for cancellation shall be October 7^th.)
   We shall refund the room rate, (the transfer fee of NTD15 will be upon the guest’s cost) or cancel the
   deduction of credit card payment.

   #The rule of cancellation within three days prior to check in:
      In case of cancelation within three days before the day of check in, you don't need to pay cancellation fee.
      In case of cancelation one day ~two days before the day of check in, you shall pay 50% of the total amount as the cancellation fee.
      In case of cancellation on the day of check in or without prior notice, you shall pay a full 100% of the total amount.
♦In case of cancellation before three days ago, you may select other dates of residence. We will preserve your right of accommodation
   for 12 months. Please be noted that there will be no more refund.


♦If there is any force majeure in the place where the passenger resides and where the hotel is located on
   the designated date of arrival, for example, earthquakes interrupting the traffic or cancellation due to a
   land warning of typhoon by Central Weather Service, please contact us before noon on the day of your
   arrival. We will alter or cancel your reservation.
